About the Role
As a Quality Assurance (QA) Team Member, you’re at the frontlines of making sure our weather technology products shine. You’ll use your detective skills to inspect, test, and document every detail, teaming up with colleagues to tackle any quality hiccups. From checking products against our high standards to analyzing sensor data and helping implement fixes, you’ll play a key role in keeping our products reliable, our customers happy, and our reputation for excellence rock-solid.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Inspect and test components and products to ensure they meet specs.
- Record and report test and calibration results accurately.
- Spot non-conforming products and notify the right teams.
- Collaborate with production and engineering to resolve quality issues.
- Keep quality control records organized and up to date.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- A keen eye for detail with professional and effective communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and understand technical specifications.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment and contribute to shared goals.
- Organizational skills to manage records, procedures, and tasks effectively.
